1. Shop / We source vintage props & decor internationally for businesses large & small.

2. Interior Install / Product and props are installed in your store or creative space.

3. Style / Our prop stylist, Sana creates a look that enhances your lifestyle brand — be it retail, food, fashion or other.

Rentals

Film & Photography Props are available to the Keystone Art community at our Los Angeles studio as well as
existing accounts. New account inquiries should be sent to shop[at]pipandestella.com. Props are rented at a
rate of 25% of our valuation of an item. This percentage covers a one month (30 day) rental. If the prop is out
beyond one month, an additional 10% fee is billed weekly to the credit card on file. Props that are out beyond 6
weeks are considered a purchase. In this case, the difference between what you have paid and the value of the
item will be billed to the credit card on file.

*Lost items will be billed at 100% and listed on the invoice as Replacement Cost. Damaged items will be
assessed at the time of return. Please be sure to point out any damages to your rental at the time of check out
as we cannot be responsible once it leaves our studio.
