1. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on damaged items only. All items offered by Pip & Estella are vintage or antique and in good to excellent condition. Any minor defects will be clearly listed in the product description. Your shipment must be examined within 48 hours of delivery. Notify a Pip & Estella shopkeeper at shop [at] pipandestella.com by using the contact form on the home page should your item arrive damaged. Please include a snapshot of damage to be filed with shipping claim.

2. Does Pip & Estella have a brick and mortar retail store? 

Look for the Pip & Estella retail pop-up shop in Brooklyn, NY October 15, 2011 through December 31, 2011. In addition, we're here for your shopping needs online all day, everyday.

3. What is "Buy The House"?
 

Buying The House (buying the entire lot of items) is a way to add charm and character to your space or client’s space with ease, while instantly saving up to 15% off your purchase. Discounts have been deducted from the listed price for your convenience. All you have to do is add the item to your cart and check out!

4. How are Antique & Vintage defined?

Many items are classified prior to Pip & Estella’s acquisition. We will not knowingly provide information that appears false to our clients. Categorization guidelines will be indicated as noted below.

Antique: objects and décor over 100 years old.

Vintage: objects décor over 20 years old. 

5. Do I need a Paypal account to purchase?

No, you may securely check out as a guest once you reach the Paypal screen using Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Paypal provides secure check out. Pip & Estella is a verified Paypal merchant.
 

6. How do I contact Pip & Estella?

Please use the contact form in the left hand side bar or email shop [at] pipandestella.com. The Pip & Estella shopkeeper will get back to you within 24 business hours, M-F 8am-6pm EST.


7. Does Pip & Estella ship internationally?

Orders placed through pipandestella.com ship within the United States and Canada only. UK customers may purchase Pip & Estella product through Mydeco UK. 

8. When will my order be processed? Can I track it?

Your order will be processed in less than five business days, often within one business days. Orders are shipped daily at 2:00pm Eastern. Items will ship Priority USPS or Fed Ex unless otherwise specified. Delivery time will vary based on destination. You will receive a tracking # via email once your order has shipped. 


9. What are shipping rates?

Pip & Estella uses a USPS tiered Priority flat rate shipping system based on the actual cost to ship. Extremely heavy or irregular shaped items such as furniture or antique sewing machines may require an alternate carrier and are subject to a higher rate. (USD)

Most packages fall within the following tier but depend on shape, weight and distance:

Priority A: $5.20

Priority B: $10.95

Priority C: $14.95

Priority D: $28.95


10. Is The Study: A Men's shop only for men? 

No. It is for men, women and everyone in between.  

11.Do you shoot your own photography?

Yes, all content is original unless otherwise noted.

1. Does Pip & Estella work with the design trade? 

Yes. From October 15, 2011 - December 31, 2011 the design trade may visit the Pip & Estella Pop-Up Shop. Please note, Trade assistance is available Monday - Friday 11am - 5pm only.
